On Friday Pineridge had a Book Swap and Story Book On Friday Pineridge had a Book Swap and Story Book Character Day. Families sent in gently used books and the students all got to choose about 4-5 books throughout the day. There were some very excited children! As well, many students and staff dressed up as their favourite story book character.Lots of fun! #RupertSchools
Students at Ecole Roosevelt enjoyed Carnaval festi Students at Ecole Roosevelt enjoyed Carnaval festivities!  They had a pancake breakfast, curling, crafts, frozen glove, games & puzzles and much more. So much fun!  #RupertSchools
Today Mr. Genaille, Mr. McDowall, Mr. White, Mr. S Today Mr. Genaille, Mr. McDowall, Mr. White, Mr. Sherman and Mr. Hikida shaved their heads in support of Wigs for Kids BC.  Mr. Genaille also donated his ponytail.  They raised almost $1400 to help kids with cancer feel better and safe from bullying. Great job everyone!  #RupertSchools
Charles Hays Jr.Boys Basketball finish 2nd at Coas Charles Hays Jr.Boys Basketball finish 2nd at Coastal Clash Tournament. They hosted the 16th Annual Coastal Clash Tournament on Jan.20-21. The team defeated Nechako Valley and Coast Tsimshian Academy on route to the final and were narrowly defeated by Smithers in the final game. Brandon Basso got an All-Star, Carl Sampson received best Defensive player award and Nathan Hoang won the Team pressure Free-throw competition. There were teams from As far west as Masset and as far east as Prince George. Highly competitive games from all teams present. #RupertSchools

Educational Assistants and Grade 12 ECE Dual Credi Educational Assistants and Grade 12 ECE Dual Credit students participated in a child first aid course at Roosevelt School yesterday. Child first aid is one of the requirements for staff to be employed in daycare settings. #RupertSchools
